I was approached to stage a residential property in Taunton that had been on the market for some time with limited buyer interest. The objective was to re-present the home in a way that increased appeal, improved flow, and encouraged buyers to engage emotionally with the space.

Working closely with the vendor, I staged the property to highlight its strengths and create a clean, welcoming environment ready for marketing and viewings. The refreshed presentation repositioned the property effectively within the market.

Following staging, an offer was secured and the sale successfully completed, demonstrating the impact of professional staging in driving buyer confidence and momentum.

2 Bed Apartment

Following the successful refurbishment of this two-bedroom apartment in Portishead, I was also commissioned to stage the property in preparation for sale.

The objective was to present the apartment at its best, highlighting space, light, and layout to appeal to a broad buyer audience. Carefully selected furniture, soft furnishings, and finishing touches were used to create a clean, contemporary feel that helped prospective buyers visualise the property as a home.

The staging complemented the refurbishment work, ensuring the property was market-ready and professionally presented for photography, viewings, and online listings. This final step played a key role in maximising the property’s appeal and supporting a strong market position from day one.

This project focused on refreshing a client’s existing kitchen to create a more modern, cohesive, and enjoyable living space.

Using my Concept, Colour & Complete package, I worked with the client to define the design direction and colour scheme. I carried out the painting and coordinated the tiling works as part of the makeover, ensuring all elements were delivered smoothly and to plan.

The space was completed with carefully selected finishing touches and styling, transforming the kitchen into a refreshed, functional room designed to be enjoyed long-term.
