An existing client engaged me to provide mentoring support for the transformation of an old conservatory into an extended kitchen space, including a newly fitted kitchen and updated flooring.
While the client chose to manage the project directly, I was brought in to guide key design and layout decisions ahead of the works and to provide support as the project progressed. This ensured confidence in the choices being made and helped avoid costly or time-consuming mistakes.
Once the main works were completed, I returned to stage the new space, bringing cohesion, balance, and finishing touches that elevated the overall look and feel of the extension.

I managed the complete refurbishment of this bathroom, a space that required full modernisation while remaining sympathetic to the style of the property.
I developed the design concept and oversaw all works through to completion, coordinating trades and maintaining quality throughout. The result was a calm, contemporary bathroom that combined functionality with a sense of luxury, delivering a space designed for comfort, longevity, and everyday enjoyment.

Residential Refurbishment
I was engaged to manage the full refurbishment of a two-bedroom flat in Portishead that had been let for several years and required significant attention. With the client based overseas, the brief was clear: deliver a high-quality refurbishment with minimal involvement required from the owner.
The scope of works included a full kitchen upgrade, bathroom improvements, new flooring throughout, and general remedial repairs. Comprehensive pre-project planning was undertaken to ensure the right trades were secured, costs were controlled, and materials were delivered on site in line with the agreed programme.
Working with a trusted network of experienced tradespeople, I oversaw the project from start to finish, coordinating all works and maintaining progress against schedule. The refurbishment was completed within the agreed timescale and delivered a modern, high-quality finish, significantly improving both the condition and value of the property.
The result was a fully refreshed, tenant-ready home, completed with confidence, clarity, and complete peace of mind for an overseas client.
