Commercial Staging

The Moxom, Bedford House

I was commissioned by a local estate agent to stage a two-bedroom flat and a one-bedroom flat at Bedford House for marketing and sales purposes.

Following an initial site visit to assess layout and dimensions, I designed furniture layouts that maximised space and flow. I coordinated the delivery of all key furniture items, oversaw installation on site, and ensured all works were carried out in line with Health & Safety requirements.

 

Final styling touches were added to elevate presentation and ensure both properties were professionally prepared for photography and video marketing, resulting in high-quality, market-ready homes that showcased strongly to prospective buyers.

Office Makeover

Brunel Accountants

I was appointed to deliver a full makeover of the offices and boardroom for Brunell Accountants, with the objective of creating a cohesive, professional environment that aligned with the firm’s brand identity.

 

The project included concept development, colour coordination, and the integration of carefully selected artwork from local artist Vikki Short, adding character and visual interest while maintaining a polished, corporate aesthetic.

I oversaw all aspects of the works and final styling, ensuring a consistent look and feel throughout the space. The finished environment provided a refined, welcoming setting for both staff and clients, reinforcing the firm’s professional image.

Office Makeover

Hybrid HR

I was appointed to deliver a fast-turnaround makeover for Hybrid HR following the acquisition of their new office space. The brief was to create a clean, professional environment with a simple, cohesive design that aligned closely with the company’s brand identity.

I developed a clear design concept using the organisation’s brand colour palette, extending this through wall finishes and bespoke wall art to reinforce brand presence throughout the space. A curated furniture specification was provided, alongside full coordination of painting and styling.

 

The result was a refreshed, functional office environment that reflected the company’s values and enabled the team to transition smoothly into their new workspace with minimal disruption.
